1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items are received with manufacturing defects, damage during transit, incorrect items or wrong sizes.
Products remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
Clearance items, customized products and personal hygiene goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any signs of wear, stains, damage caused by improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Return & Exchange Time Limit
You must submit your return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be approved. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery to confirm product condition.
3. Return & Exchange Procedure
Submit a request: Contact our customer service with your order number, detailed reason and clear photos or videos of the products to apply for return or exchange.
Wait for confirmation: Our team will review your application within 24 working hours and send you a formal approval together with return shipping instructions and designated return address.
Send back the goods: Follow the instructions to pack the items securely and ship them back to the assigned address. Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
Confirm receipt & process: After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will proceed with your request. For exchanges, we will arrange new shipment within 2–4 business days. For returns, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
4. Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is caused by our side (defective goods, wrong items).
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during the return transit. Please choose reliable logistics services when sending items back.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment channel, and the arrival time of funds depends on the processing rules of your payment provider.
